In addition to stripping down and standing to the side to flaunt her pert posterior, the singer later laid down in her bathtub while rocking a pair of white sunglasses wearing absolutely nothing.

Many pieces of her expansive ink collection were on full display, including the her tattoo of the French phrase ‘Ma Petite Amie’ on the right side of her rib cage, which translates to ‘my girlfriend’ and a smiley face above her elbow.

The What Dreams Are Made Of hitmaker also has roses on the inside of right bicep next to a crescent moon and star and a triangle cut by a pointed down arrow, ‘Let It Be’ on her right foot and ghost tattoo with the words ‘ride or die’ on the bottom, which she got with best friend Alanna Masterson.

While speaking about her ink, Duff said the happy face on a Post-it is a ‘daily reminder to remember all the things’ she has in her life that make her happy.

She also revealed she has a new tat of the word ‘mother’ on the back of her neck.

Additionally, the singer reflected on feeling happiest and most exhausted with her kids son Luca, 10, and daughters Banks, three, and Mae, one, as she reflected on all the cooking, feedings, bath times ‘reading books, bottles, all the stuff.’

And while a grueling exercise session makes her happy, Duff says her self-care routine also includes eating takeout sushi, watching TV with her husband, being in bed by 7:30, reading and crocheting.

She’s also working on getting better at not missing therapy appointments, a mission she admits has been a challenge.

‘We bust our a** to get our bodies in shape and to look the best we can. We get facials and Botox and our hair done and highlights and brows and lash lifts and all this shit. But I want to work on the inside. That’s the most important part of the system,’ she noted.

Duff got her first big break in Hollywood when she landed the lead role of Wendy in the 1998 made-for-TV movie Casper Meets Wendy at just eight-years-old.

In 2001, she became a household name on her hit Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, which led to her getting cast in films like A Cinderella Story, Raise Your Voice, Material Girls and shows like Younger.
