Hillary Clinton went on a profanity-ridden rant about presidential opponent Donald Trump while speaking somewhat privately to aides during a debate preparation back in 2016.
In the book, ‘Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Intact Glass Ceiling,’ released on Tuesday, New York Times writer Amy Chozick recounts her time following the former Democratic candidate during the election.
Chozick writes in the words of Clinton: ‘You want authentic, here it is!’ she’d yelled in one prep session, followed by a f***-laced fusillade about what a “disgusting” human being Trump was and how he didn’t deserve to even be in the arena.’
The former Secretary of State expressed her anger about the arrogant and salacious behavior of Trump before and during the campaign period.

‘It was the second presidential debate and Donald Trump was looming behind me,’ Clinton explained.
‘Two days before, the world heard him brag about groping women. Now we were on a small stage and no matter where I walked, he followed me closely, staring at me, making faces.’
Former President Bill Clinton had also accused the Times of playing up the FBI investigation about the use of his wife’s private email server as way to ruin her chances of being elected president.
Clinton claimed in his conspiracy theory that the plan was partly arranged by Trump.

The ‘newspaper of record’ has been criticized by Clinton supporters for its excessive coverage about the email server investigation
‘After the election, Bill would spread a more absurd Times conspiracy: The publisher had struck a deal with Trump that we’d destroy Hillary on her emails to help him get elected, if he kept driving traffic and boosting the company’s stock price,’ Chozick writes.
In the book, the reporter further details the Clintons’ anger about what they perceived as anti-Clinton bias.
The ‘newspaper of record’ was also criticized by Clinton supporters for its excessive coverage about the email server investigation.
Chozick chronicles Clinton’s 2008 campaign in the book that covers her political pursuits over the past decade.
