In the video, the yoga and dance teacher is heard making ‘whee’ noises and saying ‘I’ve got a pixie life’ in a high-pitched voice as she plays with the fairy lights in a tent. Broughton is seen smiling beside her.
It was shot by another man on a mobile phone who is seen encouraging Fletcher-Michie to show off her festival wristbands and laughs, ‘festival fairy Louella’.
The prosecution claims that Broughton failed to take reasonable action to get help for Fletcher-Michie, instead taking numerous films and pictures of her as she became distressed and eventually died.
