‘You’ve got a mouthful of sausage!’: Holly Willoughby is left in hysterics as Phillip Schofield enjoys a meaty treat
Holly Willoughby was left in hysterics on Thursday as Phillip Schofield suffered a blunder live on This Morning.
The pair had been taking part in a cooking segment with Phil Vickery, with the chef whipping up a feast of hot dogs and garlic chips.
Yet the conversation failed to flow between the trio as Phillip was unable to choke down his meal and answer any questions.

As Phil asked the presenters what they made of the meal, the camera cut to Phillip desperately trying to chomp down his hot dog in time.
The group were left in hysterics while Phillip quipped: ‘I’ve never looked more attractive!’
Moments later he suffered the same fate when he attempted to read the autocue with his mouth still half full.

As he began to apologise by saying: ‘sorry I’ve got a mouthful of…’ Holly was quick to jump in and declare: ‘a mouthful of sausage!’
The segment was filmed in the This Morning forest, which was bought by the show last year as part of a drive to ‘go green’ and stop the woodland from being built on.
Holly and Phillip’s blunder comes ahead of their summer break from the ITV show – with This Morning unveiling their line-up of summer presenters.

Friday favourites Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary will take on more regular slots during the summer break – hosting the first two weeks from July 11.
Following on from them will be familiar faces, with Ruth Langsford, Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes, Vernon Kay, Rylan Clark, Craig Doyle, Mollie King, and Andi Peters taking the reins.
Phillip and Holly will return to the show on September 5.
