Home and Away’s Sharni Vinson looks shocked reading her phone on the Sunshine Coast  

Sharni Vinson was spotted looking rather animated as she took her dog for a walk on Sunday. 

The former Home And Away star, 39, looked gobsmacked as she looked at her phone during a stroll on the Sunshine Coast.

Standing outside a grocery store with her mouth agog, the blonde appeared transfixed by whatever had popped up on her screen. 

The rarely-seen actress dressed down for the low-key outing, sporting a maroon jumpsuit and leather sandals. 

She completed her look with a brown felt hat, large sunglasses and a black backpack. 

In her hand, the thespian clutched a fabric tote bag containing what looked to be newly-purchased groceries.

Sharni rose to fame on Channel Seven soap opera Home and Away, starring as Cassie Turner from 2005 to 2008.

She was just 22 years old when she debuted on the long-running drama.

There have been whispers of a return to Summer Bay for a while, but Sharni has not confirmed any news.
