An Australian mum has impressed thousands after sharing a quick and easy trick to make ‘mini garlic cheesy pizza bread’ at home.

Tracie, from Brisbane, Queensland, made the tasty snack by layering garlic dip and cheese on top of a slice of bread.

‘Don’t know if this has been done before, but felt like a late night naughty snack,’ she said and posted a photo to the Aldi Mums Facebook group.

‘So garlic dip spread generously on a slice of bread, then topped with cheese and put under the grill – mini garlic cheesy pizza bread.’

Tracie, from Brisbane, Queensland, made the tasty snack by layering garlic dip and cheese on top of a slice of bread 

Tracie encouraged others to ‘give it a try’ and revealed she used the Mediterranean Delite garlic dip, which can be purchased for $3.50 from Woolworths.

The post quickly received more than 1,000 likes from other social media users who  were keen to try the simple treat for themselves. 

‘Yum! Never tried it, but will do now!’ one person said.

‘I am addicted to that dip – it doesn’t last more than a day at our place between my daughter, partner and I,’ another woman said.

A third said: ‘I accidentally put on five kilograms eating so much of that dip! It is the best!’

Others said the simple snack would be tasty to replicate on Lebanese or thick continental bread.

To make the six-ingredient toastie, the young woman used eggs, cheese, ham, bread and a pinch of salt and pepper.

‘Today I’ll be making the viral egg sandwich,’ she said on TikTok.
