Horrifying moment a naked 28-year-old man called Mankini chases a teenage girl down the street and throws her to the ground

A completely naked man chased after three teenage girls, even managing to grab one girl and throw her to the ground, while they were walking to their California high school, authorities said.
Police said Joshua Mankini, 28, chased three school girls down a suburban Fresno street on Friday after he escaped from a nearby group home.
It is unclear why or how long Mankini has been a resident at the group home.
Mankini admitted to escaping through a window, setting off an alarm in the process and sprinting across a park to the neighborhood where the girls were walking to Central High School.
Surveillance footage obtained by KFSN from a neighbor’s home captured the moment Mankini ran behind one of the unsuspecting girls as she walked by a parked van.
Although the moment of the alleged assault is obscured by the van, the girl’s scream can be heard and authorities say Mankini threw her to the ground.
At this moment a parent driving by in her vehicle sees the assault and honks her horn, allowing the girl to escape just seconds after Mankini made contact.
Mankini appeared to further pursue the victim, but two of the children managed to reach the concerned parent’s vehicle and safely get inside.

Even after the girls were safe inside the parent’s vehicle, authorities say Mankini charged at the car and began banging on the windows.
After the incident, Mankini returned to his group home as the parent and victims followed him in the vehicle. He was soon arrested by local authorities.
Mankini faces several charges, including indecent exposure and assault with the intent to commit a felony. His bail is set at $86,000.

Steve Alarcon, a neighbor who witnessed the footage, was shocked by the disturbing footage.
He told KFSN: ‘That’s your biggest fear as a parent right there, that’s your biggest fear. That’s scary. I have older boys, but I feel for that little girl.’
Central High school released a statement after the incident, reminding students to stay in groups and only stay in well-lit, well-traveled areas.
