This is the horrifying moment a male police officer punched a woman in the face twice after arresting her boyfriend and pushing her to the ground.

According to the Rotterdam Police, the woman and her boyfriend were both intoxicated and arrested after they attacked a nightclub bouncer moments before.
The bouncer who was repeatedly kicked and hit by the couple has filed a criminal complaint, reports say.
Both the man and the woman are currently locked up in investigative custody.
The Rotterdam Police say they have also launched an internal investigation into the violence used by the officer.
