A man has died and another has been seriously injured after they were crushed by a brick wall at a construction site.
Emergency services rushed to Sexton Road, Inglewood, in Perth shortly after 1pm on Thursday following reports that two men had been injured.
One man, 69, died at the scene while another, 26, was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital in a serious condition.
It is understood that both men were struck by a brick wall which collapsed on them, Perth Now reported.
Several tradies’ vehicles were spotted outside of the home, which is believed to be under construction.

At least eight police officers remained at the scene on Thursday afternoon as investigators tried to piece together how the tragedy unfolded.
People were seen hugging outside the home after learning of the incident from police.
CMFEU officials also attended the work site.
A section of Sexton Road nearby the construction site remained cordoned off.
WorkSafe has been alerted and has launched a separate investigation into the workplace tragedy.
