A man’s body has been found floating near the Grays Boat ramp in Sydney’s south.

A kayaker made the grim find just before 9am on Monday, spotting the naked body in the water with visible injuries, including bruised knuckles and cuts to the hands and fingers. 

The kayaker immediately contacted police, who arrived at the scene and retrieved the body. 

Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
