Now, model Georgia Fowler has revealed how she plans to keep her body in tip-top shape for the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Show in November.
The 26-year-old stunner, who will storm the lingerie giant’s catwalk for a third time this year, dished on her top training secrets in a clip she posted to Instagram on Tuesday.

Clad in VS form-fitting activewear, the brunette beauty explained she plans to stay runway ready by ‘running a mile in under seven and a half minutes.’
‘I love sports and working out, but running has never been my forte,’ she began in the caption.
‘So for this years Victoria’s Secret fashion show, I’ve set my fitness goal to run a mile in under seven and a half minutes.’

The fresh-faced model appears to have fully recovered from an insect bite that left her lips painfully swollen last month.
Georgia’s lips were shown looking painfully swollen in a series of videos uploaded to her Instagram stories in September.
The beauty’s mouth was misshapen, with a large lump on one side of her mouth.
After showing her Instagram followers her painful pout, Georgia explained that the damage was the result of a mosquito bite.
‘Turns out I got kissed last night by an unwanted specimen,’ the Victoria’s Secret model says to camera.
‘Didn’t know mosquitoes bit lips,’ she said, pressing her lips together to show the damage, ‘Turns out they do. Bugger!’
