 Kyle Sandiland’s won’t just be serving up justice on his new show Trial By Kyle.

The shock jock, 47, will also be handing out huge cash settlements to the celebrities and members of public that dare to step foot into his TV courtroom.

As well as a guaranteed appearance fee of several hundred dollars plus travel expenses, the winning participant of each case will be walking away with thousands of dollars in ‘damages’.

‘Kyle will pay out up to $5,000 to each plaintiff depending on the jury’s ruling and the circumstances of the case,’ an insider tells Daily Mail Australia.

‘The cases on the show may have no legal standing, but damages will be rewarded and the production company is footing the bill.

‘They know Kyle can get carried away while filming so they’ve capped the amount.’

Bachelor star and criminal lawyer Anna Heinrich is also set to feature as Kyle’s sidekick in the Jude Judy-style show that will air next month as part of Network Ten’s Pilot Week.

Speaking on air earlier this month, Kyle teased what viewers can expect from the show.

‘People will come in with their stupid arguments neighbourhood disputes, maybe some girl got a t*t job and she wants to sue her doctor,’ he said.

‘Celebrities going up against photographers, we’ve already got one of those logged in.’

It’s believed Kyle was referring to a rumoured episode featuring Married At First Sight star Nasser Sultan and paparazzo Jayden Seyfarth.

The pair had a very public falling out earlier this year after Jayden accused Nasser of staging paparazzi photos – something the reality TV star strongly denied at the time.
