Studio tours of top television shows including Coronation Street and Peaky Blinders are charging up to £40 for a visit, leaving some fans feeling ripped off.
Coronation Street fans have slammed the soaps new £35 tour as ‘false’ and ‘scripted’ compared to the old £16 experience at Granada Studios.
Disappointingly for fans they were told they were unable to get behind the Rover’s bar which is a key element to the soap’s set.
They said that the tour, which takes 80 minutes at Salford Studios, was ‘lacking in atmosphere’ and advised others than it was a waste of money.
