How to get tickets to Sit Stay Society and PetRescue rescue dog wine bar pop up event in Sydney

A rescue dog pop-up wine bar is coming to a major Australian city next month where guests can enjoy sipping and snacking while cuddling up to pooches in need of a home. 

Sit Stay Society Wines will host its first-ever rescue dog pop-up bar for one weekend only in Sydney from October 7-9 with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to animal charity PetRescue. 

Guests who wish to take one of the pups home with them can even start the adoption process with PetRescue and potentially welcome a new furry member of the family after the pop up is over.

A herd of furry friends will take over a pop-up space in the inner-city suburb of Darlinghurst which will be transformed into a chic bar with outdoor furniture and faux-grass turf. 

While getting up close and personal with the dogs, punters can enjoy a tasting of Sit Stay Society’s brand new Big Dog Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio as well as three glasses of choice from the classic range. 

There will also be a selection of charcuterie boards to nibble on and the dogs will be available for cuddles for an hour during each session.

Patrons can buy tickets for an 80-minute session in the afternoon or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. 

Tickets are $50 each for over-18s only with all sales going towards the rescue partners involved in the event. 

Sit Stay Society Wines are grown and produced in South Australia and donate 50 cents from each 750ml or 375ml bottle sold to PetRescue with $230,000 raised so far.
