The actress and mother of one is a keen runner and has said she tries a different workout each day after dropping daughter, Suri, at school.

‘My favourites are cycling, running and yoga,’ the 38-year-old has said.

But how can you replicate that look? Here, we detail the very best moves to maximise results.  

WHAT TO TRY: The triceps push back targets the muscles at the backs of the upper arms and can banish bingo wings. 

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding a dumbbell or bottle of water in each hand.

Start with your arms straight down at sides, palms facing back.

Lift both arms straight behind you so they’re several inches away from your body but not to the point that you start twisting your torso. 

Return to start position and repeat 15 times.
