Put more fish, vegetables and chicken on your table, and eat less sausages, pork, beef and bacon. Stick to fruits and vegetables that will keep you refreshed and healthy. Don’t forget to drink lots of water too and avoid beverages that are full of sugar. Drink as less alcohol as you can if you want to keep in good shape too.

Organize your outdoor activities.

Limit your time outdoors in accordance with the weather forecast. Stay indoors when it’s the most hot, and plan going out early in the morning or late in the evening. If you really can’t do your workouts while the temperatures are still low, go to the gym or other air-conditioned spaces. If you can’t do either of those, take the stairs in your building and walk them up and down several times just to keep active. If you must go out in the heat make sure you wear lightweight and light-colored clothes, a hat, sunglasses and SPF. Don’t forget that light fitting clothes will keep you cooler as well. When you have the chance, always walk in shade and keep yourselves away from the direct exposure of the sun.
