- Written along the blade was ‘dazi vostri’, thought to be a reference to trade tariffs
A huge statue of President Trump dressed as a Warhammer warrior with Twitter birds on his sword and the head of Vladimir Putin on his shoulder has been unveiled in Italy.
Covered in golden armour and wearing a gold leaf crown, the gigantic effigy brandished a huge claw hand with long talons and a Twitter-themed blade.
As it moved through the streets the animated Caesar-like figure turned from side-to-side and moved its arms, as people stood at its feet waving US flags.
On Trump’s armoured knees was a depiction of the Statue of Liberty’s head, plus an American eagle on one shoulder and the Russian president on the other.
The terrifying 65ft high statue was part of the Carnevale Di Viargeggio festival in the seaside town of Viareggio in Tuscany, where around 600,000 revellers witnesses the 40-tonne float parade through the streets.

The paper-mache structure had a huge clawed hand, a gold-leaf crown and a sword with Twitter birds around the hilt
Named ‘Il Pa-Drone’ or ‘Master-Drone’, the paper-mache sculpture was reportedly inspired by The Emperor of Mankind character from the Warhammer 40K figurine game.
In its right hand, the Trump statue carried a sword with a ring of blue Twitter birds around the hilt.
Written along the blade is the phrase ‘dazi vostri’, which translates as ‘your duties’ or ‘your taxes’.
But many Italians wrote on Twitter that the expression is actually a play on words with the expression ‘cazzi vostri’, which means ‘your c****’ and is used as slang for ‘none of your business’ or ‘your problem’, according to Time.
An Italian news report said the phrase actually means, ‘Here’s your f****** tariffs’, referencing Trump’s trade was with China, Heavy stated.

The parade website refers to Trump as ‘God Emperor Trump’ and made several Warhammer references.
Created by sculptor Fabrizio Galli, he intended to mock the president and to also comment on Trump’s foreign policy.
But Trump supporters online often share memes of the presidents describing him as ‘the God Emperor of the United States’.
Galli has made floats in the past that have mocked North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin.
According to Heavy he said told an Italian TV news station: ‘It’s a joke, but in fact he’s trying to destroy nations with the economy instead of nuclear missiles.
Along with the huge Trump statute, other paraders at the festival depicted the billionaire as a Warhammer character
Another float at the festival depicted a grinning Trump in pyjamas floating on a bed of cushions with a hot dog space rocket flying past his head
‘This is one of the strongest actions let’s say, that powerful people like Trump can use.’
A description of the statue on the official website read: ‘The supreme myth of having power over the whole universe. The first God Emperor Trump.
‘The parallelism with the dominant character of Warhammer 40K has never been more fitting, except that this is not a futuristic three-dimensional tabletop wargame but pure reality.
‘The dominant male par-excellence has arrived, democratically, and is now here, among us. The Master-Drone flies over the Viareggio boardwalk as we prepare to pay the price.’
The statue was not the only depiction of the US president, as another parader wore a full Warhammer armour suit with Trump’s head and another float showed the smiling billionaire dressed in pyjamas floating on a sea of cushions with a spaceship hot dog flying next to his head.
