Although the duo both opted for black when it came to their choice of attire, Hugh selected a white tie emblazoned with a black pattern.

Meanwhile, Deborra-Lee chose a skinnier version of a tie in black to complement her ensemble.

The acclaimed actress further differentiated herself from her husband’s well-fitted suit by selecting a three-quarter trousers and adding a stylish black waistcoat.

Completing the look, Deborra-Lee wore platform shoes and kept her blonde locks tied back.

Hugh, who is known for being one of the nicest guys in Hollywood, proved why he has such a positive reputation when he arrived at the event.

Despite the city being subjected to a downpour, the hunky actor waved to the crowd and was only too happy to pose for selfies with delighted fans.

Shielding his suit from the wet weather, gripped on to a umbrella while interacting with his fans.

Also attending the star-studded premiere was US star Zendaya, who was flanked by an entourage holding umbrellas helping her stunning frock becoming drenched in the dreary weather.

Her fashion-forward butterfly-patterned frock was a sartorial highlight and showed a glimpse of skin with its off-the-shoulder cut.

A cheeky side split further accentuated the actress’ svelte figure, as it put one of her toned legs on display.

Complementing the glamorous look, Zendaya opted to wear her hair slicked back with a side part and slight front wave.

She added a pair of black strappy heels and kept her accessories relatively pared back in order not to distracted from the head-turning ensemble.

For her makeup, the singer went for a slight dusting of yellow eyeshadow, which tied in nicely with the orange and yellow hues of her dress.
