Speaking of the concept of gender identity and branding himself as a ‘gender fluid person’, Rodrigo previously told MailOnline: ‘People should be able to express themselves in ways that reject labels and gender stereotypes.’
He added: ‘I’m a huge supporter of gender equality and the new trend gender fluid – I regard myself as a gender fluid person.’

He revealed: ‘I have changed my fashion style and gained three stone so I don’t look like Ken Doll anymore, I was never a Ken Doll wannabe.
‘I have always wanted to be free and to express myself in the way that I felt like, and I am very lucky that I live in a civilised society where it is acceptable to be whatever you want to be.’
