‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves heads to Persian ‘doll factory’ clinic to have face reduction

Rodrigo Alves has jetted to Iran for his latest cosmetic procedure: a face reduction.

The operation will be the former-Celebrity Big Brother star’s 63rd plastic surgery, but will include a further seven procedures, taking him up to 69 in total, to date.

Human Ken Doll Roddy, 35, has had to put his plans to launch a pop career on the back-burner while the op takes place and has revealed to MailOnline that his nose currently ‘doesn’t work’ and passport face scan machines in airports are starting to not recognise him.

Let’s face it: Rodrigo Alves has jetted to Iran for his latest cosmetic procedure – a face reduction

‘It’s the biggest surgery of my life!’ he revealed, an hour before being taken to the operating theatre. ‘Then I rest for three days and after that I am having a nose job using cartilage from my ribs.

‘I may even need to change my passport again because the face recognition system at the airport won’t recognise me anymore like it did in the past!’

He went on: ‘I am having a break from singing lessons and recording my pop song –  which will be out soon – in order to have a face revamp!’

The Brazilian-born celebrity traveled from London to Tehran this week, where he will undergo a canthopexy eye, which involves an incision in his head, behind the temples, after which the muscles are pulled back.

He will also undergo a cheek lift, liposuction on his neck and jaw, and a replacement of the silicone chin implant he currently has, changing the shape of his chin and jaw to more of a diamond, rather than a being so square.

He’ll have a lip lift and a middle face life – totaling at six procedures in one day.

Following this, he’ll have his 11th nose job, which will be carried out using cartilage from his ribs.

Of all the surgery’s taking place this week, Rodrigo insists this is the most necessary.

‘I need it to fix my breathing!’ he said. ‘My nose is totally collapsed, full of fibrosis and scar tissue, and the surgeons will have to clear all that and fix my breathing then give my nose a shape.

‘The aim of the surgery is to reduce the size of my face and to make it more defined, younger and fresher looking. But the nose job is because my nose is crippled. There is no use for it at the moment, and something has to be done. Iran is definitely the place!’

Rodrigo believes Iranian facilities to be ‘the best for face plastic surgery and noses’.

‘Out of 10 people in Iran, eight have got a nose job,’ he insists. ‘People are very good looking here and really take pride in their appearance and love plastic surgery.

‘Parsian Beauty [where he is having treatment] is a like a doll factory when you enter!’

‘I don’t promise that it will be my last plastic surgery though,’ he added.
