Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the star revealed that he went under the knife again to have stem cell injections, vitamin cocktails, fillers, an eyebrow lift and botox in a bid to look younger.
Part of the treatment included having a drip that contains placenta, a treatment that has grown popularity in Japan.
He explained: ‘In order to carry on looking ageless and maintain all the plastic surgeries I have to have anti ageing treatments.
‘I live in London but if I want to have an innovative out of the ordinary aesthetic procedure I have to travel abroad for it, because in London we just don’t have it.’

Rodrigo told MailOnline on Wednesday that he was delighted to be no longer ‘lonely’ in Prague following a week of solo binge drinking in Miami, and hinted that he has since been considering more aesthetic procedures, despite saying he was ‘done’ with surgery.
Speaking after his recent trip to the States, he admitted: ‘My hotel was on Ocean Drive where all the lively bars are. And for eight days I felt permanently drunk.
‘I found myself really lonely and drinking as a way to comfort myself.’

After a brief stopover in London on Saturday, Rodrigo and flew to Prague to have some detox treatments.
Rodrigo told MailOnline in January that he was ‘perfect’ and no longer wanted to embark of surgical procedures.
Yet he had a change of heart before his latest procedure, reasoning: ‘I think that if I ever stop looking after myself people will think that I have lost my will to live.
‘My procedures are always done by pioneer doctors and the best in their fields which means that I have to travel out of the U.K. to have their services.’
