He said: ‘Hi everyone I’ve just woken up, feeling quite drowsy. The surgery went great, the doctors were able to reduce the size of my face.’

Rodrigo revealed he has plans for two further surgeries, the replacement of his silicone chin implant on Tuesday followed by his astonishing 11th nose job on Friday.

He claims it was due to threadlifts, clear polypropene threads inserted into the face to lift the skin.

‘The surgeons will have to clear all that and fix my breathing then give my nose a shape. The aim of the surgery is to reduce the size of my face and to make it more defined, younger and fresher looking.
