Shocking footage has emerged of a couple using an RSL lift as a toilet on Gold Coast’s famous glitter strip.
The search is on to find the man and woman who urinated in the Surfers Paradise RSL building lift last Friday night.
Footage shows the pair entering the lift at 10.25pm, where the woman repeatedly presses lift buttons as the man sips from a bottle of beer.
The woman is seen squatting down in the lift while the man appears to unzips his pants
The woman is then seen laughing as she squats down to do her business.
At one stage, she reveals her bare backside as she leans over to continue pressing the lift buttons.
Her male companion appears to unzip his pants to also use the lift as a toilet.

Several other businesses are also based in the six storey Beach Road building.
Lawyer Jane Elliott is among many office workers who work in the building who was left outraged by the footage.
‘Anyone know these low-life animals?,’ she posted on Facebook.
‘These scumbags think urinating in a lift is socially acceptable. Personally, I’d like to rub their faces in it.’
A friend replied: ‘Hope the police get to meet them. Horrendous.’
The incident happened in the Surfers RSL building, where other businesses are based
Ms Elliott told The Courier Mail: ‘The first thing we noticed was the smell. It’s shocking and disgusting. They didn’t even go into the RSL. They just came in on the ground floor and then did it.’
The shocking footage has since gone viral on social media and is being investigated to track down to culprits.
‘The incident has been reported to police and is under investigation,’ a Queensland Police spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia.
