The nail was spotted at about 1pm after Ms Partridge’s husband cooked the spring rolls.

‘When I came back home and saw it I thought, ”oh my God that’s serious”,’ Ms Partridge said told Sunrise.

‘It did scare me but it was my husband who actually bit into it and felt it.’

Ms Partridge’s husband escaped serious injury from the alleged spring roll incident.

The couple notified police and spoke with investigators about the nail for one-hour on Friday.

Police confirmed to Daily Mail Australia they are investigating how the nail came to be in the spring roll.
