An AFL WAG and fashion designer whose bikinis are loved by the Kardashians could be forced to sell her $1.62million luxury home to pay off her $300,000 lawsuit.

Rebecca Jane Klodinsky may have to hand over the keys to her five bedroom and four bathroom house on Cotlew Street East at Southport on the Gold Coast.

The forced sale comes after Klodinsky was sued for breach of contract and ordered to pay back $293,065 in debt by the District Court in Brisbane in February.

Klodinsky is the fiancee of former Brisbane Lions, Carlton and Geelong Cats player Lachie Henderson.

The pair announced their engagement in April with Klodinsky flaunting a 4.20ct oval diamond ring on her wedding finger.

She is also the founder of IIXIIST, a $7million bikini brand loved by the likes of Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber.

The court heard Klodinsky and her ex-partner Gregory Peter O’Shea failed to pay lender ABF Smith Pty Ltd for shares in a commercial property trust.

Judge Bernard Porter found the pair had defaulted on a contract to buy 800,000 units, worth $800,000, in the Lionsgate Income Fund No. 1 Unit Trust.

The court issued a warrant on April 1 naming Klodinsky as the enforcement debtor.

It means a a bailiff now has the power to ‘seize and sell’ her mansion to pay off her assets.

Klodinsky could be forced to sell the property via public auction.

The 32-year-old told the court she did not sign the contract, but her claims were dismissed by Justice Porter.

He said the evidence suggested Klodinsky paid ‘little attention’ to O’Shea’s business dealings and that she had in fact signed the documents.

The final amount owed by Klodinsky could grow even higher with with an extra $48.98 interest rate added on every day.

Only weeks earlier Klodinsky was gushing about her recent engagement to her fiancé Henderson.

‘The engagement story is staying under wraps because it was very sentimental in the way he did it,’ she told FEMAIL.

‘All of our friends and family know how it happened though and it was perfect! We are obviously ecstatic and beyond happy.’

The couple have split their time between Melbourne and the Gold Coast while navigating not just the football season, which saw them bunker down in an AFL isolation hub for three months, but also Covid restrictions and severe endometriosis which saw Ms Klodinsky undergo emergency surgery, while raising her toddler.

Despite the difficulties their relationship has faced in due course Klodinsky believes ‘love trumps all else’ and their engagement is a real ‘circuit breaker’.

‘The ‘hard times’ have been real make-or-break times, and we’ve only just become more unified. We’re like magnets, if he moves, I move – so it’s actually all been a blessing in disguise and I wouldn’t ask for it any other way,’ she explained.

‘I feel like with all of the turbulence that’s happening around us, it merges you together. It feels like we’ve been forever, which is not a bad thing. He’s my rock, my greatest love.’

The couple plan on tying the knot in 2023 around Mr Henderson’s footy schedule.
