I’m A Celebrity 2023: Australia left in shock as adored campmate is punted

Australia is left in shock as adored campmate is punted from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Woody Whitelaw was voted out of the jungle on Wednesday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia.

The beloved radio host, who was a top pick to be in the final three, landed in the bottom alongside Below Deck’s Aesha Scott and netballer Liz Ellis.

Viewers were quick to share their thoughts about the eviction on Twitter, with many stunned by the Australian public’s decision.

‘Woody was one of my top 3 picks! I didn’t not see this coming!’ one fan tweeted.

‘Woody, you gorgeous man! Thought a top 3 finish for sure,’ added another.

‘I thought Woody would be top 3. This is annoying. But also all the celebs are great,’ quipped a third, before a fourth added, ‘WHAT?!?’

And the comments of discontent didn’t end there with many demanding AFL star Adam Cooney should have landed in the bottom three and gone home.

‘Damn. Woody leaving before Adam that sucks,’ said someone else.

Another disgruntled fan commented: ‘I didn’t expect Woody to go. Why is Adam still there.’

There are two more episodes remaining on the current season of I’m A Celebrity Australia.

The celebrities still in the South African jungle competing for bragging rights are netballer Liz Ellis, AFL star Adam Cooney, and Below Deck’s Aesha Scott.

They are joined by Geordie Shore star Nathan Henry and boxer Harry Garside.
