Red Bull Salzburg’s star striker Erling Braut Haaland admits he is ‘bored’ of rumours linking him with Manchester United.
Haaland is one of the most in-form strikers in Europe, and came off the bench to score against Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League on Wednesday.
His season tally so far stands at a remarkable 18 goals in 11 appearances, including four hat-tricks, but the 19-year-old isn’t getting ahead of himself in terms of looking elsewhere.

Speaking to Norwegian outlet VG, Haaland admitted talk about his future is boring him already.
‘It’s boring. I’m bored now. On a scale of 1 to 10 [of how bored]? 9.9,’ Haaland said.
‘The media attention is huge. It’s good pressure.
‘The club is good at shielding me a little, but I hope it will be more shielding in the future.
‘It will be difficult, but we will try. I want to be shielded.’
The Norwegian also teased his father, former footballer Alf, as both of them have now scored at Anfield.
‘He’s always telling me ‘I scored at Anfield, I scored at Anfield!’ Now I can say it back to him: ‘So have I’.’
Haaland has previously spoken glowingly about current Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who coached Haaland for one year at Molde in Norway.
He told TV2 last month: ‘He has had a huge impact on my life, both as a person and as a trainer.
Haaland matched his father Alf’s (L) feat by scoring at Anfield – he managed it in 1997 for Leeds
‘He won the Champions League and was an incredibly good player. He has taught me a lot.’
A potential stumbling block with a potential move to United is that Haaland’s agent is Mino Raiola, who has been at loggerheads with the hierarchy at United over the future of his client Paul Pogba.
Irrespective of that, Haaland will be hoping to continue his hot streak for RB Salzburg against Rheindorf Altach in the Austrian Bundesliga on Saturday.
