Sam Burgess is once again trying to back out of Bondi.
This week, the South Sydney Rabitohs star listed his two-bedroom, beachfront ‘investment property’ on Campbell parade, asking for $2.7 million.
The prop forward bought the property off the plan in 2012 for $2.065 million, but after listing it for sale in 2016, his attempts to find a buyer have fared about as well as the Rabitohs current premiership hopes.
