Candice has just returned from India with her three children – Ivy Mae, seven, Indi Rae, five, and Isla, two – after they were in the country to support David while he plays  in the Indian Premier League.

Candice recently made a spectacular career comeback as she took part in her first Ironwoman competition in 10 years.

She was in her element at the 2022 Surf Life Saving Australia event on the Gold Coast back in April, where she won six medals in the masters category.

Candice showed off her incredibly fit physique in pink and black swimwear as she took to the surf.

Candice balances motherhood with a career that includes TV commentating, radio gigs and ambassador roles.

Candice has made no secret of her struggles raising three children alone while David, 35, spends most of the year playing cricket overseas.

The Sydneysider, who married batsman David in 2015, admitted on Nova’s Not Another Parenting Podcast in December she once cried in her car from the stress and loneliness while her husband was away.

‘It has been a challenge, and you think as a mum, as a wife, as anyone, you’re invincible. But we all have our weaknesses, our moments,’ she said.

‘And there’s been times where… I’ve been driving and I just break down into tears. Or my kids are in the back screaming. I’m just like, “When is this going to end?”‘

Candice revealed her husband is ‘generally away 300 days of the year’ and that the couple had spent only three months together out of the last 14.

‘It’s difficult because he’s your husband and your best friend. And that’s the person who you turn to normally,’ she said.
