She has managed to look effortlessly flawless throughout her I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here hosting stint so far.

However Holly Willoughby’s put-together appearance is not without hard work, as her gruelling schedule has revealed.

The TV presenter, 37, has a brutal 2am wake up call in order to have a polished performance ready for the cameras to roll at 7am.

During that five hour window Holly is preened and spends time practising her script ahead of the live show, reports the Sun.

Once the star is awake, the day kick starts with her being picked up by a Range Rover from her Cabarita Beach hotel, where she has been staying with her family during the trip.

While driving over to camp she checks her emails and makes sure she hasn’t missed a beat from what has been happening on set.

Once she arrives in the camp she picks out two choices of for the day’s show with the help of her stylist Angie Smith, who has previously said that sometimes dressing Holly ‘feels like she is dressing the nation’.

Angie, who is thought to have brought more than 40 outfits for the three-week series, helps Holly decide what she should wear for the live links and something a little more practical for the Bushtucker trial.

The mother-of-three then heads to the camp canteen, where there are plenty of delicious breakfast options on offer for the crew.

Holly can often be spotted there enjoying a cup of tea before heading to rehearsals with her co-host Declan Donnelly.

After running through the script with Dec, Holly ensures she is camera ready by paying a visit to her make-up artist.

With her outfit, hair and make-up ready Holly will then share her outfit on Instagram ahead of the show, which she has been captioning ‘every day I’m jungling’.

After a quick outfit transformation to suit the humid conditions of the jungle, the duo will film the next days trial before having a meeting with producers to debrief on how it all went.

Holly’s working day is over at 11am and family time can begin, so she heads back to her lavish hotel to check on her children Harry, nine, Belle, seven and Chester four.

The fact that Holly isn’t a well-known face in Australia has proved beneficial for her trip, as she is able to head to the supermarkets, local shops and salons without interruption.
