The former couple paid a $800,000 deposit on the 650sqm block in June 2016, and were forced to either follow through with the purchase or lose their entire six figure deposit.

They transformed the knockdown rebuild into a five bedroom ‘masterpiece’, complete with two kitchens and three bathrooms.

The lavish property boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors which offer sweeping waterfront views of Middle Harbour and Willoughby Bay.

The prestige home is perfect for entertainers as it offers a luxurious indoor pool, steam room, media room and wine cellar.

The mansion, which has two large terraces, also features lift access to all floors, a private boathouse and a soon-to-be-built jetty.

Cassandra moved into the sprawling mansion with her three children in 2017.

Karl and Cassandra purchased the property after selling their marital home in Lindfield for $3.85 million in 2016.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home Lindfield home was first purchased for $2.3 million in 2010.
