Royal fans have been given a glimpse into Meghan Markle’s childhood in a series of previously unseen photos of the Duchess at school and at home.
The photos, from the explosive teaser trailer for Harry and Meghan’s new £88 million Netflix series, show the Duchess of Sussex as she grew up and went through schooling – and also threw in an unseen snap from when she was a toddler.
In the trailer for Harry & Meghan, which is due to drop next Thursday, viewers see a series of snaps of the couple behind the scenes in married life, as well as the childhood photos of the Duchess.

In one photo, the Duchess, now 41, beams proudly for a school photo against a clouded background, showing off her new adult teeth and while wearing a white polo neck T shirt.
The new photo was taken from the same set of snaps as a previous image released of Meghan, but in this photo she grins widely, whereas in the previous image she presents a more subtle smile.
Another new photo of the Duchess shows her fresh faced at a much older age, now wearing a blue collared blouse as part of her school uniform, as her thick dark locks tumble down her shoulders.

She appears to be wearing a touch of make up for the first time in the school photos, signalling she is perhaps reaching adolescence at the time of the photo.
In a similar photo taken at a slightly different time, she wears her hair in a half ponytail with her locks brushed behind her shoulders.
She wears her bangs down and framing her face and accessorises with earrings, again signalling she is perhaps a little older in the photo.
Other snaps shared in the trailer include photos of the Duchess when she was much younger, as she wears her hair bac in a ponytail and looks as if she is around the age of nine or 10.
A sweet snap shows Meghan with her mother Doria Ragland, with whom she is incredibly close, as Doria smiles in the forefront of the photo but seems unaware the camera is on her.
Meghan, meanwhile, beams in the background as she wears her hair in an Afro-style while sporting an off shoulder orange top.

Another photo from Meghan’s youngest years shows the Duchess dressed in a cute yellow long-sleeved top while she plays what appears to be a board game at the table.
The top appears to be imprinted with the Canadian flag – a country she grew to hold dear in adult life as she moved to Toronto where she filmed the drama Suits, in which she rose to fame.
Elsewhere in the trailer, an image showcased Kate and Prince William, both 40, alongside the couple, as well as King Charles, 74, then the Prince of Wales, and Queen Consort Camilla, 75, at the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey in 2019.
‘No one sees what’s happening behind closed doors,’ Harry is heard saying, shortly before the photo is shown to viewers.
In the trailer, the couple share an intensely personal reel of black-and-white photos including several showing the duchess crying.
Just before Harry’s quote, a picture also flashes up of Meghan holding her head in her hands while speaking on the phone.
In another photo, Meghan is seen sitting next to Harry on a sofa, with the duchess holding both hands up to her face while her glum-looking husband has his head tilted backwards.
