The 31-year-old has recently slashed the price of the three storey, three bedroom abode in Sydney by $75,000, with it currently having an asking price of $2.275 million, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Agency Our Estates describe the house as a ‘chic inner city haven’ which is tucked away in a quiet, leafy enclave.

The property boasts a desirable open-plan layout, with retractable glass doors on all floors.

Impressively, the entry level features a dining room space which leads into the kitchen, which then leads into a cosy lounge area.

There is also a sun-drenched balcony terrace which connects with the lounge.

On the lower level, two of the three bedrooms share a single bathroom with access to a parking spot and landscaped courtyard.

There is also a laundry room on this level for extra convenience.

Lastly, the top level plays host to a sizable master bedroom, which comes with its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and second laundry space.

Jarryd, who last played in the NRL for Parramatta Eels, bought the property in 2013.

At the time, he splashed out $1.5 million on it, and went on to rent it out for a tidy $1350 a week.

The pad was offered at a reduced rate of $1100 a week in 2015, while the footballer was NFL in San Francisco, and then at a reduced price due to construction work ongoing next door.
