Tammy Hembrow is set to welcome her third child – her first with fiancé Matt Poole – in a matter of weeks.
And on Sunday, the fitness queen, 27, celebrated her pregnancy with a stunning high tea baby shower surrounded by all of her friends.
Tammy certainly pulled out all the stops as she gathered with loved ones at Tuscany on Tamborine, a farmhouse surrounded by Avocado orchards in Queensland.

The influencer took to Instagram to show off the elegant baby shower to fans, which saw guests treated to mocktails and tiered plates of cupcakes.
Tammy also offered healthy salads for the heartwarming occasion.
The style maven opted for a stunning pastel table settings, which included gold-rimmed plates and cups.

The tables were also decorated with an abundance of freshly-cut flowers.
Following the high tea, guests were able to enjoy a game of croquet.

Last week, Tammy revealed intimate details about her upcoming birth plan in a video shared to Instagram.
In it, she said she’s planning on having a natural birth despite doctors urging her to have a caesarean.

‘I’ve just had a doctors appointment at the hospital where they tried to convince me once again to have another C-section, which I’m not doing,’ she said.
‘This time the doctor was definitely going hard to convince me and trying to scare me into having another C-section but I know all the figures and risks.’
Tammy went on to say she’s ‘hoping for a good outcome’ but will have an emergency C-section if needed.

‘I will cross that bridge when I come to it but I’m just not giving in so easy. I want to experience a [natural] birth. I feel like I can do it, I feel like my body can do it.’
Tammy is expecting her first child with her Ironman fiancé Matt, 32, with the couple announcing the news in December.
She already shares two children, son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, with her ex-partner Reece Hawkins.

Last month, Tammy reflected on the challenges she’s faced this time around in her pregnancy.
‘Pregnancy this time round has been SO different. I have definitely been feeling the effects of it a lot more,’ she began.
‘Not just because I’m older, but also because I’m already running around after Wolf and Sass, while trying to work/run my businesses on top of that.’
