This is the $40 million mansion in the Hamptons that is playing host to one of two high-cost fundraisers for President Donald Trump. 

Trump attended a luncheon at the 17,000-square-foot Bridgehampton home of real estate developer and friend Joe Farrell on Friday. 

Those who attended paid between $5,600 to $250,000 for tickets. 

There is also said to be an after-party that people could buy tickets for at the Bridgehampton home.  

Another fundraiser was held nearby in Southampton at the home of billionaire Stephen Ross who owns Equinox, SoulCycle and the Miami Dolphins.

The Bridgehampton mansion where Trump first appeared is currently on the market with Terry Cohen & Christopher Covert of Saunders & Associates for a whopping $39.9 million.    

It was once rented out to Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

The sprawling property has 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 11.5 acres of lawn space and entertaining areas. 

It boasts a 60-foot pool with an underwater stereo, as well as a sunken tennis court, basketball court and baseball field.  

The actual home spans three levels and comes complete with an elevator.

It has a mudroom, indoor spa, theater room, a two-lane bowling alley with a full bar, a pilates studio and wine cellar.

Trump attended the fundraisers on Friday in the Hamptons amid increased scrutiny of the high-dollar donors helping to finance his reelection campaign. 

The President said he was expecting to raise between $11 million and $12 million on Friday afternoon alone.  

Following the fundraisers, Trump is heading to New Jersey for summer vacation at his Bedminster golf course.
