A teacher who loves flexing his creativity in the classroom has taken a day off helping kids learn and toured Canva’s fun-filled headquarters.

Luke Springer, known as Mr Luke, filmed his day out in the big city after the creative agency flew him and some fellow influencers to Sydney to check them out.

The office, which set the company back $120m in 2022, didn’t disappoint as he explored the ins and outs of the innercity work space.

‘I don’t even know where to start, there were plants everywhere, so we love that,’ he said, adding how much he loved the baristas.

‘The coffee station was actually out of control,’ he said.

The Adelaide local also liked that there was ‘a bunch of art everywhere’ including above the elevators and on the power points.

He headed up the elevators to the roof top which features sweeping views of the city.

They were greeted by a team of chefs who had been busy preparing a delicious lunch for the staff and their guests.

The rooftop footage also featured lots of dogs.

The teacher explained that Canva employees are allowed to bring their pets into the office.

‘I made myself feel at home,’ he said, cleaning out the coffee station’s milk jug before biting into a huge chocolate chip cookie.

‘Safe to say, if I wasn’t a teacher, I think I’d want to work at a place like this! So many amazing people, and such a wonderful vibe (and amazing food!),’ he said.

Luke has over 636k followers on Instagram where he shares snippets of his life as a teacher and plant lover.

In some of the videos he shares his creative flare, using tools like Canva, to create the perfect learning environment for his ‘tiny humans’.

Canva moved to the office, near Central Station, from their original head quarters in Surry Hills.
