Intruder arrested after ‘changing the locks’ at Halle Berry’s Malibu home in attempt to ‘steal it’

A man called Ronald Eugene Griffin was reportedly arrested earlier this year after breaking into John Wick 3 action star Halle Berry’s Malibu home and successfully changing one of her locks.

Workers arriving to the 52-year-old Oscar winner’s house called the police back in March after they found the 59-year-old intruder with a locksmith claiming he had the deed, according to TMZ.

The LAPD then arrested Griffin – who wasn’t aware the seaside property belonged to Berry – on a felony count of ‘procuring and offering a false warranty deed and a count of petty theft.’

Ronald – whose bond was set at $36K – had also attempted to change the locks to Halle’s home in January, but he fled when he was approached by her gardener.

The biracial beauty shares her home with daughter Nahla, 11 (with French-Canadian ex Gabriel Aubry); son Maceo, 5 (with ex-husband #3 Olivier Martinez); and two English Sheepdogs.

The former Miss Ohio 1986 – who boasts 6.2M followers – was last seen working up a sweat in her weekly Fitness Friday tutorial alongside her distractingly handsome trainer Peter Lee Thomas.
