Stockdale & Leggo Inverloch director Adam Leys said the unique features of the home sets it apart from just about every other property on the market.

‘For starters, the A-frame makes it a unique-looking house and it’s certainly one of the key attractions to it,’ Mr Leys told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I’ve been to a few A-frame homes over the years and found a lot of them were very poky but this property has a real sense of space. It has an open field… it’s very spacious.

‘It’s certainly a large home so it’s perfect for a family to live in permanently or used a high-end holiday house.’

Mr Leys said the ‘timeless’ A-frame house, believed to be built in the 1960s, has stayed ‘true’ to its original design.

‘The best features of the property is very much the modern architectural styling and the amazing, traditional spiral staircase,’ he said.

‘It’s also close to the water, you’d be standing on the sand within a minute of leaving your driveway. The property has a lot of privacy because it’s surrounded by established trees and landscaped gardens.’

He explained the previous owners updated the property recently to include a ‘self-contained’ ground level.

The property has attracted many potential buyers after being listed on the market for $1.15 million dollars.

‘We’ve had ongoing interests but we haven’t found the right buyer yet,’ he said.
