Irina Shayk rewears white Roland Mouret dress with Nike x Martine Rose stilted sneakers in NYC

Russian bombshell Irina Shayk slipped her phenomenal 5ft10in figure into a pretty white Roland Mouret dress while running errands in Manhattan on Tuesday.

Clutching her iPhone, the 37-year-old Society Management Model accessorized her streetwear with Balenciaga sunglasses, a black studded handbag, and a matching ‘Meisel 93’ tote.

Irina finished off her ‘simple look’ with Nike’s bizarre black Martine Rose x Shox Mule MR4 stilted sneakers held up by four bright red columns.

‘Off duty, I’m always casual. I love feeling comfortable going through my day, whether I’m doing school pick-ups, work meetings or parent things,’ Shayk (born Shaykhlislamova) told CNN on May 23.

‘I think you can wear a tracksuit and still be chic and classy.’

It was the second time the dimpled brunette was pictured wearing that Roland Mouret dress after debuting it on the Cannes Film Festival party circuit in France last week.

Missing from Irina’s side was her six-year-old daughter Lea De Seine Cooper, whom she’s amicably co-parenting with her ex-fiancé, nine-time Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper.

Shayk shares 50/50 joint legal and physical custody of little Lea with the Philadelphia-born 48-year-old, whom she split from in 2019 after four years of dating.

The Versace catwalker maintains her enviable figure with Pilates sessions every other day as well as body-shaping Emsculpt Neo sessions with Dr. Arash Akhavan at the Dermatology and Laser Group in Midtown.

‘I have a really tough trainer who’s great at encouraging me to do the hard stuff,’ Irina told CNN.

‘I try to push myself to the limit and quite often get to the point where I think, “Oh my gosh, I never want to come back here ever again.” I joke that I always enjoy my workouts when they’re over! But I always return. It’s not even about the looks, it’s about how it makes me feel; challenging my mind and my body. I guess I love a challenge.’

Shayk has also been known to treat herself to the $250 ‘French Infared Slimming and Detoxifying Wrap’ as well as the non-surgical face lift (ranging $250-$550) from esthetician Yulia ‘Julie’ Gerchik at Nolita spa, Daphne.
