The top model was dressed in head-to-toe black for the outing, which fell on her 36th birthday. 

The Russian bombshell sported a statement-making leather trench coat with matching leather trousers.

Underneath her outer layer Irina wore a turtleneck sweater. The statuesque stunner kept her brunette locks tucked into the collar of her top. 

Her strands were sleek and straight, parted on one side and tucked behind her ears.

The Sports Illustrated cover star skipped jewelry and accessorized with a pair of black wayfarer-style sunglasses.
