What is a DHI hair transplant?
DHI or Direct Hair Implantation is an advanced procedure that gives natural results and leaves no visible marks. It is similar to FUE but does have some major differences.
During the DHI procedure, individual hair follicles are extracted from the donor area with a specific tool which is 1mm or less in diameter. Before implantation, no slits or holes are made in the recipient area and the hair follicles are directed grafted with the help of a special implanter pen called Choi.
