Is this more proof that Sophie wins? Mum of Bachelor contestant Tieman fuels speculation

She’s the bookies’ favourite to place runner-up on The Bachelor.

But evidence emerged this week that Sophie Tieman could win Nick Cummins’ heart, after her mother Jeanette was caught liking an Instagram photo of the pair.

On Wednesday, fans noticed Jeanette had double-tapped a photo of Nick hugging her daughter during a recent date, suggesting that she approves of their romance.

SPOILER ALERT: Is this proof Sophie Tieman wins? The Bachelor star’s mum may have revealed the show’s ending after being caught ‘liking’ photos of her daughter and Nick Cummins

Last month, the 25-year-old property valuer was invited on a single date with the former Wallabies star, 30, which resulted in their first kiss.

‘The kiss was magical. It was exactly what I wanted. Both of us opening up today has definitely brought us closer,’ Sophie said at the time.

Jeanette’s eyebrow-raising Instagram ‘like’ comes after fans proposed a compelling theory that Sophie wins the show and Brittany Hockley – who is Sportsbet’s current favourite to win – actually comes second.

From her red carpet debut to her first single date with Nick, viewers have observed that her portrayal is remarkably similar to last year’s winner Laura Byrne.

When Sophie first arrived at the Bachelor mansion to greet Nick, music featuring melodic piano notes played in the background.

Likewise, 2017 Bachelor Matthew Johnson’s first interaction with his now-girlfriend Laura was accompanied by a piano tune with familiar sound effects.

The first one-on-one dates between each couple also shared striking similarities. On both occasions, they met by the water before enjoying a romantic kiss.

For Sophie, her piano music – nicknamed the ‘winners’ theme’ among Bachelor fans – was used again in the introduction to her first solo date with Nick.

While Sophie wasn’t picked up in a vehicle for the first date of the season like in 2017, her private time with Nick was almost a carbon copy of Matty and Laura’s date.

Interestingly, the dates were both thematically ‘linked’ to the couples’ first conversations on the red carpet.

Singing a happy tune! The ‘winning’ music could also be heard on both the women’s kisses with the Bachelors as well as choir singing added for a romantic effect

Sophie’s boating adventure was related to the fact she discussed her passion for the water, and Laura’s art session was linked to her being a creative jewellery designer.

Furthermore, during the night portion of their date, Nick passionately kissed Sophie while choir singing was heard triumphantly in the background.

The same choir-like singing was used when Matty and Laura kissed for the first time.
