And now Australian actress Isabelle Cornish has revealed the secrets behind her beautiful skin. 

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 24-year-old said she often indulges in light treatment to banish her ‘breakouts’ and shared a clip of the process while visiting a beauty clinic in Newcastle, Northern NSW,

‘Still getting some care on those breakouts I had from Los Angeles,’ she explained in the video’s caption. 

‘This treatment makes me feel all glowy and smooth.’

While she didn’t reveal the exact treatment she had, Isabelle can be seen wearing protective goggles as she appears to undergo broadband light therapy.

The treatment is believed to help with acne, redness, rosacea, pigmentation and freckling. 

Isabelle is the younger sister of actress Abbie Cornish and has appeared in shows such as Puberty Blues.

‘Day seven! Reaching the end of my fasting detox retreat – tomorrow we break the fast,’ she revealed on Sunday in a post on Instagram. 

‘Have you ever thought of not eating for a week or ten days? Could you let go of all the substances and foods you rely on to take some time out? Before you call us folks that do detoxes crazy think about all the days in a year … 365. 

‘All of the meals, snacking and drinking we do in one year. Not to mention the toxins accumulated in our cosmetic and home products or daily life,’ she added.

Last month Isabelle made headlines for frolicking on the beach completely nude. 

She posted a picture of her escapades on Instagram, writing in the caption: ‘When someone tells you not to do something you want to do. Do it anyway.’ 

‘Your life! Your journey. Caught in the act dirty footed.’

In the image she was completely naked, her modesty protected by some bars drawn over her body.
