Titling the video ‘Get Unready With Me,’ the reality star sat cross-legged on the bed surrounded by skincare products.
Around the third minute of her almost half-hour candid chat, Millie flagged a photo of her acne at its worse, telling her followers when the flare-up derived.
‘This is how bad it was. That was about a year and a half ago. I was 23, so it was adult acne. I was just so confused why I had it, what was going on. I had it for a while – it was six months probably. It was just getting progressively worse,’ she explained.

‘It started off with a couple of spots here and there and then before I knew it, I had spots everywhere – cystic spots where I had lumps around my jawline.
‘They were so painful, my face was just red all over. It used to make me really really down. I used to put loads of makeup on to try and cover it,’ she recalled.

A large proportion of the video saw Millie run through her skincare routine.
‘I needed to start making the effort to make the difference. I had a morning and a night routine,’ she explained, before insisting, ‘You need to cleanse your body from the inside out.’
In her video caption, the Essex native wrote: ‘I hope you all enjoy this part 1 of my skin series! This video has been so highly requested so I hope I’ve covered everything you guys wanted to know about my skin journey.
‘Stay tuned for part 2 next week and remember, you are all beautiful no matter what your skin looks like.’
