Jakub Kowal was compared to the Simpsons character as well as a New Romantic while others said it looked as if he’d had an electric shock after police released his mugshot.

The 21-year-old was jailed for a year after being caught making substantial sums of money peddling ketamine in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

But he was relentlessly ridiculed by web users after police released his custody photo following sentencing at Gloucester Crown Court.

Officers found 28grams of ketamine, a small amount of diazepam, a set of scales and plastic bags. The value of the seized drugs was £850.

This is while Cheshire police released an e-fit of a man alleged to have exposed himself to a woman walking in woods at Grappenhall Heys near Warrington, Cheshire.

He ‘cycled up to her’ and whipped out his privates and the e-fit was compiled after she gave police his description.

On social media one user chuckled ‘John Travolta’s half-egg-half-brother!’

Another said: ‘If they try searching on Mars they might spot him. He’s definitely an alien.’

While one added: ‘Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall. Humpty Dumpty got out his…’.

Police said he was in his late 30s, around five feet, eight inches tall, of a heavy build with a bald head and was clean shaven.

He was also wearing a grey hoodie which was zipped up to the top, black sport shorts, white trainers and had a white mountain bike with rubber grips on the tyres.

PC Kerif Smythe said ‘I would urge anyone who may recognise the man to come forward as they may have crucial information to help us with our investigation.’
