Ivana Trump’s youngest son Eric welcomed his first child into the world this week, and the grandmother took her celebrations to New York Fashion Week.
The 68-year-old ex-wife of President Donald Trump attended the Zang Toi show on Wednesday, just one day after Eric and his wife Lara announced the birth of their baby boy, Eric ‘Luke’ Trump.
Ivana turned heads in a flirty purple frock and black blazer, which she cinched at the waist with a purple floral belt.

The former model added a butterfly pin to the lapel of her jacket, and she topped off the outfit with a pair of classic black slingback heels.
Ivana had her platinum blonde hair styled in an elegant bouffant that allowed her to show off her dangling earrings, the same one she wore to the Dennis Basso show on Monday.
The mother-of-three’s eyes were accentuated with liner and bright green shadow, but she opted for a more classic shade of pink for her lips.
While sitting in the front row, Ivana posed for a photo with singer Patti LaBelle, and the two women were all smiles for the camera.
The day before, Eric and Lara welcomed their baby boy Luke into the world at 8:50 a.m., making Ivana and her ex-husband grandparents for the ninth time.

Ivana was thought to have been in town for her grandchild’s arrival; however, it is unclear if she has met her new grandson just yet.
Meanwhile, her ex-husband, who is currently in Washington, D.C., shared his congratulations on Twitter, posting a message to the couple online a few hours after they shared their own announcement.
‘Congratulations to Eric & Lara on the birth of their son, Eric “Luke” Trump this morning!’ he wrote on his official account, while retweeting his son’s original post.
Eric’s siblings Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump also congratulated the new parents on Twitter.
Ivana is still friendly with her children’s father, and earlier this week she revealed that her ex-husband asked her to be ambassador to the Czech Republic after he was elected president. But she turned him down.

She told the New York Post that she had no interest in the hours or amount of work that comes with the position.
‘I like my freedom and I want to do what I want to do, go wherever I want to go, with whomever I want,’ Ivana explained. ‘I don’t need the prestige, and it’s an 8-to-12 job.’
While in New York, Ivana showed off her animal instincts in a leopard-print Roberto Cavalli trench coat on Monday at the Dennis Basso show, where she sat front row.
And she wasn’t the only one of Trump’s ex-wives in town.
Trump’s second ex-wife, Marla Maples, made an appearance at John Paul Ataker’s presentation on Monday afternoon.

Although they were both attending shows on Monday, it is probably safe to say that Marla and Ivana won’t be catching up this fashion week.
Trump’s publicized infidelity with Marla led to his split from Ivana in 1991 after 14 years of marriage, causing a media frenzy over the scandal.
He said ‘I do’ to Marla just two years later, a few months after the birth of their first and only child together, Tiffany.
Last year, in an interview with the New York Post , Ivana admitted that she still blames Marla for the end of her marriage and isn’t willing to let bygones be bygones.
‘[Marla] asked to apologize to me in the Daily Mail in London. They asked if I accepted the apology and I said no. Why should I? She broke my marriage!’ she said of her ex-husband’s second wife.
‘That makes me sad because I wish her nothing but love,’ Marla told People of Ivana’s comments. ‘I love her kids, and if she’s holding any kind of resentment toward me, I really hope, for her sake, that she can forgive me.’
