It appears Ivana Trump may be searching for a new Manhattan home after she was seen stepping out for lunch with a luxury real estate broker on Wednesday afternoon.
Donald Trump’s 72-year-old ex-wife was pictured strolling down Madison Avenue on New York’s Upper East Side arm-in-arm with seasoned realtor A. Laurance Kaiser IV, after enjoying a meal at upscale Italian eatery Nello alongside another male friend.
Ivana put on a chic show for her outing, modeling a black pantsuit with gold detailing, which she paired with some comfortable black patent leather flats and a $4,500 black studded handbag from Christian Dior.
The former model styled her platinum blonde locks in her signature beehive updo and she sported a fun summer makeup look, adding a touch of glamour courtesy of pink eyeshadow, matching pink lipstick, and heavy black eyeliner.

Her real estate broker pal – who has been working as a residential broker for 51 years – looked relaxed and casual in a floral-print polo shirt, black slacks, and funky blue loafers.
He added another pop of color with a pair of neon yellow and blue glasses.
According to the Berkshire Hathaway website, Mr. Kaiser is considered a ‘true icon in New York real estate’, having spent more than half a century working as a broker in the city, where he specializes in high-value properties on the Upper East and West Sides.
The duo were joined by a dapper-looking male friend who carried a brown bag of leftovers from their meal as they strolled along the street together.
It is not the first time that Ivana has spent time with Mr. Kaiser, who is a Senior Global Sales Executive for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
The two were pictured together several years ago on the red carpet at a Fashion Institute of Technology gala in 2016.
It is unknown whether Ivana is currently on the hunt for a new home, or whether the old pals were simply catching up during their lunch outing.

Ivana has been living in New York City since the mid-1970s, after relocating to the US from Canada, following her move from her home in Czechoslovakia, and she has spent much of that time residing on the Upper East Side, where she currently lives in a sprawling apartment.
It was in Manhattan where the former model met Trump, with whom she tied the knot in 1977. The couple were married for 13 years before divorcing in 1990 after Trump had an affair with Marla Maples, who went on to become his second wife.

However relations between Trump and Ivana – who have three children together, Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka – have remained cordial over the years, and she recently revealed that she had spoken to her ex-husband to wish him a happy birthday just last week.
‘Donald hates his birthdays,’ Ivana revealed to People. ‘So I did speak to him and wished him happy birthday and told him, “Don’t worry about your age. Age is just a number…”‘
Ivana has kept a relatively low profile over the last few months and Wednesday’s outing is the first time she has been photographed since March, when she was spotted stepping out for lunch with her on-again-off-again boyfriend Rossano Rubicondi, 48.
The socialite may well have chosen to escape the city in favor of traveling down to Miami – where her daughter Ivanka, 39, is currently living with her husband Jared Kushner and their three children.
Ivanka, Jared, and the kids are currently living at the luxury apartment building Arte Surfside, one of the most expensive complexes in the neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.

It has been reported that the couple has leased the home for a year while they build a more permanent property on a plot of a two-acre plot of land that they purchased on Indian Creek Island — also known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ — for $31.8 million in late 2020.
The couple’s upmarket Miami Beach neighborhood suffered a devastating tragedy on Wednesday night when a 12-story apartment building collapsed, leaving at least one person dead.
Authorities say 51 people are currently unaccounted for after – as hundreds of fire and rescue workers continue to scour through tons of rubble in search of any survivors.
Of the building’s 136 apartments, 55 were destroyed. The building is located one block away from where Jared and Ivanka currently live.
Authorities have not yet determined what caused the building to collapse but confirmed that renovations had been underway on the roof.
Ivana’s eldest child Don Jr also relocated to the Sunshine State at the start of the year when their father’s presidency came to an end, leaving only Eric and his wife Lara in New York.
Unlike his sister, Don Jr did not opt to settle in Miami, instead purchasing a sprawling $9.7 million, 11,000-square-foot mansion for himself and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle in Jupiter, which is located just 20 miles from his father’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
