Ivanka Trump steps out for a solo stroll in Miami after 41st birthday party

Ivanka Trump strutted right on into her 41st year on Thursday, stepping out for a solo sun-filled stroll in Miami, just days after celebrating her birthday at a fun-filled party with pals.

The former First Daughter was spotted walking along the beach near her family’s luxury condo, putting on a very sporty display in a pair of green leggings, black sleeveless crop top, and a pair of Nike sneakers.

Ivanka, 41, shielded her face from the glare of the sun with an all-black New York Yankees baseball cap – a tribute to her home city – and a pair of dark sunglasses, and she was also pictured sporting a pair of AirPods and carrying her iPhone.

At one point during her stroll, the former senior White House advisor, who wore her blonde hair in a bun that was tucked into her cap, was seen gesturing and talking, suggesting that she used the solo outing as an opportunity to make or take a call.

The mother of three didn’t appear to have any jewelry on aside from a red string bracelet on her right wrist, which she has worn off and on for years.

Though she hasn’t spoken about the purpose of the bracelet, it does bear a resemblance to the type of red string that Kabbalah practitioners wear to ward off the ‘evil eye.’

The former business owner took a walk along a sandy path, before veering off onto an ocean break wall, walking to the end of the concrete structure in order to enjoy a view of the water, even pausing to snap a few pictures as she strolled along.

Ivanka showed off a very toned stomach in her sporty ensemble and she was seen swinging her arms from side to side as she strolled along, pausing only to adjust her hat and headphones.

Her latest Miami outing came shortly before the former First Daughter and mother-of-three shared a few glimpses into her birthday celebrations from the past weekend – sharing a series of images on her account that showed her enjoying a boat outing with pals, before dining out with a large group of friends, including her younger sister Tiffany.

Ivanka’s photos – which were shared to her feed and her Stories – showed the birthday girl posing happily amongst her pals, at one point hiking her leg up to show off her toned pins in her short floral mini dress.

Ivanka chose Italian restaurant Call Me Gaby for her birthday dinner. The eatery is described as boasting ‘casual elegance’ and it offers a wide range of dishes, including a $42 foie gras-topped pizza, a $36 short rib ravioli, and a $68 16oz rib eye steak.

The birthday girl was also treated to a stunning cake for the occasion, with images showing her posing in front of the blue and gold-leaf covered dessert, before happily blowing out her candles as her pals clapped.

Ivanka also shared a selfie with her half-sister Tiffany, with whom she is known to enjoy a close bond – despite their respective mothers, Ivana Trump and Marla Maples, having a famously frosty relationship.

Tiffany, who is engaged to billionaire beau Michael Boulos, beamed happily for the camera as she posed up alongside her sibling.

The 29-year-old University of Pennsylvania graduate wore a shimmering cream and gold dress for the occasion, and she had her long blonde locks styled in loose waves – while the birthday girl opted for a straight ‘do.

Aside from the dinner, Ivanka also enjoyed a day out on a boat, on which she was photographed sporting a brown bikini, showing off her toned stomach, with a yellow-and-white striped towel slung around her waist.

The ladies also enjoyed a large charcuterie platter during their day on the water.

Ivanka was not joined at her birthday party by her husband Jared Kushner, nor were their three children – Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore – present at the celebrations.

However, the mom-of-three got the chance to celebrate with her spouse earlier in the weekend, when the pair jetted to Prague so that Ivanka and her brother Don Jr. could accept a posthumous award for their late mother Ivana, who passed away in July at the age of 73.

Ivanka, her brother Don Jr, and her husband Jared all attended the ceremony at Prague Castle – where they were greeted by President Miloš Zeman, 78, who was seated in a wheelchair.

After Ivana’s death, Zeman told her children: ‘Your mother was not only an excellent athlete and a capable manager, but I also remember her as a kind and warm-hearted person. In addition, she remained a proud Czech who never forgot her homeland.’

As well as attending the ceremony, Ivanka found time to enjoy a bit of birthday sightseeing with her husband – sharing several images of her travels on Instagram on Sunday.

‘Thank you Prague,’ Ivanka wrote in the caption of her post – which featured a sweet image of Ivanka and Jared cuddled up next to one another while enjoying an event boat ride, as well as photos of the former First Daughter posing up in front of several landmarks while dressed casually in a black hoodie, jeans, white sneakers, and a long dark trench coat.

Ivanka also paid tribute to Czech President Zeman, thanking him for ‘honoring her [mother’s] life’.

Her activity-filled weekend may well have taken its toll on Ivanka – who chose not to attend her father, former President Donald Trump’s annual Halloween party at Mar-a-Lago on Monday night.

Ivanka’s absence at the soiree did not seem to dampen Trump’s spirits however; the former President was seen dancing along to the YMCA with a woman dressed as a naughty nurse and a man dressed as the Pope – and he also took on the role of DJ for the evening, according to reports.

Video showed Trump waving his arms in the air, thrusting out his fists while his fellow party goers signed the letters for YMCA.

A source told Page Six that Trump DJ’d via his iPad from the dinner table at the event – and that he attended the party dressed as ‘himself’, despite other revelers going all out with their costumes.

Earlier in the day on Monday, Ivanka was pictured running errands in Miami, stepping out of her luxury condo building Arte Surfside in a low-key ensemble, including a pair of white cut-off denim shorts and a white T-shirt.

She completed her look with a pair of sunglasses, which she had tucked into the neckline of her tee, and she was seen toting her Apple laptop and iPhone in one hand, while carrying an insulated coffee cup in the other as she made her way into her large black SUV outside her family’s luxury condo building.

Ivanka and Jared, who grew up in New York and New Jersey, respectively, relocated to Florida after her father left office in January 2021.

They moved out of their home in Washington, D.C.’s affluent Kalorama neighborhood and into Arte Surfside, where they have been living for nearly two years.

Its penthouse sold for $33 million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York in January 2021 — the same month that they moved into the building.

However, the family is preparing to move into a new mega mansion on Miami’s Indian Creek Island; Ivanka and Jared purchased a $24 million dollar fixer-upper on the exclusive island known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ last year. They bought the mansion just months after they dropped $31.8 million on a two-acre plot of land on Indian Creek in late 2020.

Indian Creek has roughly 40 lots and 30 residences, all of which were built around the perimeter of the island for waterfront views.

The high-security community is also home to the Indian Creek Country Club. Ivanka and Jared both enjoy golf, but joining might be considered an affront to her father, who has over a dozen golf courses to his name.

The couple started putting down roots on Indian Creek around the same time Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen dropped $17 million on a plot of land in the village — followed by another $10.12 million in construction costs to build what was supposed to be their forever home before the pair confirmed that they have split.

Ivanka and Jared were seen taking their children to check out the construction on their new home last month, with the family enjoying an outing to Indian Creek Island, where they were spotted strolling around the property. It is unclear when work on the mansion is due to be completed.
