Ivanka Trump steps out of her D.C. home sporting a fresh haircut and a tassel-embellished ensemble

Ivanka Trump appeared bright-eyed and ready for a busy day as she stepped out of her home in Washington, D.C. on Thursday morning.

The 37-year-old First Daughter opted for a light-grey, mid-length skirt that featured several long tassels, and a matching long sleeved peplum jacket from Los Angeles-based designer Brock Collection.

The White House senior adviser, who appeared to be sporting a fresh, blunt haircut, looked fresh-faced and relaxed as she made her way to a private SUV at around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Ivanka’s light-grey colored ensemble, from Brock Collection, boasted metallic floral embellisments, as well as several long tassels that hung from the split of her mid-length skirt.

The figure hugging jacket, which boasted a high neck and puffed shoulders, cinched in at the waist, showing off the mother-of-three’s petite frame.

Meanwhile, her skirt cut off just below the knee, showing off Ivanka’s pins.

Ivanka, who was headed to the White House, kept the look minimal, pairing the outfit with a pair of simple nude pumps that helped to elongate her legs.

And it isn’t the first time the First Daughter has donned the outfit.

She previously wore it when she attended the first Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative back in April.

At the event, which was held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, she teamed the number with a pair of shiny silver shoes, rather than the simple nude pumps she wore this week.

As she stepped out of the home she shares with husband Jared Kushner, 38, and their three kids on Thursday, her makeup looked natural and simple, as she appeared to be sporting a brown smokey eye and a neutral pink lip color.

She styled her hair straight and in a center parting, letting her blonde locks, which she appears to have recently had chopped, fall loosely around her shoulders.

The First Daughter smiled as she held her phone in one hand and made her way over to a private SUV and headed off for a busy day’s work.

Say cheese! She looked fresh-faced and even smiled for the cameras at one point as she made her way from her house to a private SUV and headed out to work

She took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal that it is the first anniversary of President Trump’s Pledge to America’s Workers, which was created to better equip American workers and students with the skill and training to succeed in the changing economy.

‘Today, is the 1-year anniversary of our #PledgetoAmericasWorkers!!! the White House senior adviser wrote on Twitter.

‘We have reached 12 MILLION (!!!!) commitments to train and skill American workers from +300 companies. The Pledge is a commitment to 12 Million American lives improved!’ she added.

Ivanka’s appearance comes just a few days after she was mercilessly trolled online after revealing she gifted her daughter Arabella a snow-white dog named Winter for her eighth birthday.

The First Daughter shared a photo of her daughter’s adorable new dog on Instagram on Saturday.

‘Meet Winter, Arabella’s birthday dream come true and the newest member of the Kushner family!,’ Ivanka wrote beside the photo.

She didn’t reveal the breed of dog but her followers speculated Winter is a Pomsky, which is a cross between a Siberian Husky and a Pomeranian and often referred to as a ‘designer dog breed’.

Almost immediately after sharing the image of Winter, Ivanka and her family were hit with a barrage of negative comments about the snow-white puppy.

Many were quick to criticize the color of the dog’s fur and draw comparisons to the treatment of migrant children in border control detention centers.

Attorney Michael Avenatti was among those to take aim as he retweeted Ivanka’s photo and brought her brother Donald Trump Jr. into it.

‘Biff @DonaldJTrumpJr – condolences on your sister replacing you as her favorite puppy. Btw, does your family allow anything in their lives that is not WHITE?’ Avenatti tweeted.

Others tweeted: ‘If it was a brown dog, would you put it in a cage?’ and ‘An all white dog. But of course.’

‘Winter white…hmm figures, I guess the only color that keeps it out of a cage at the Trump household,’ one Twitter user wrote.

Another Twitter user mentioned the children in detention, asking ‘I wonder what the children in cages will get for their birthdays?’

‘Thousands of children in US custody haven’t bathed or brushed their teeth or even been hugged in weeks thanks to your father but cool you got a new puppy I guess,’ one person tweeted.

Winter is believed to be the only pet in the Kushner family, and was bought as a gift for Arabella, who turned eight years old on July 17.
