Ivanka Trump wears a summer dress and a bizarre full straw visor hat as she strolls with Jared

Ivanka Trump rang in the holiday on Tuesday by heading out for a stroll near her family’s Palm Beach Estate.

The first daughter stepped out hand-in-hand with her husband Jared Kushner on Christmas Day wearing a slinky long green spaghetti strap dress around Mar-a-Lago.

But Trump teamed her item, ideal for the Florida sun, with a full straw straw visor hat embellished with a black ribbon to accommodate her bun hairstyle.

The blonde teamed the items with casual flat sandals and her spouse followed suit with the relaxed dress code, donning a white T-shirt and cap, blue shorts and flip flops.

Accompanied by a Secret Service team, Trump clutched a pile of books as the men helped her cross the road.

All members of her group shielded their eyes with dark sunglasses in the images obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

But as was evident earlier in the day, they made no attempt to keep a low profile.

Wearing a pair of colorful leggings that looked to be on fire as she hit the streets Ivanka pounded the pavement wearing a gray tank and black sports bra with a pair of orange, pink, turquoise, white, black and beige stripped leggings.

Ivanka and her husband Jared have stayed in Florida while her father and other cabinet members remain in Washington DC amid the government shutdown.

Jared did not join Ivanka on her jog on Tuesday, despite the couple’s penchant for working out together.

Shut it down: Ivanka and husband Jared are there with their three children as well as Ivanka’s brothers Barron and Donald Jr

They are joined in Mar-a-Lago by their three children as well as Ivanka’s brother Barron, who did not travel back to Washington DC with his mother on Monday.

Also in Palm Beach are Ivanka’s brother Donald Jr and his five children.

Jared and Ivanka have found themselves embroiled in their own separate controversy after details of a new purchase being made by Jared’s family company were revealed last week.

The Kushners are buying another property in a New Jersey beach town where developers can get big tax breaks thanks to a new federal program pushed by Jared and Ivanka.

The company is negotiating to buy land already approved for retail space and apartments in one of thousands of new Opportunity Zones offering tax breaks around the country, Long Branch Business Administrator George Jackson said Thursday.

It would be the fourth Kushner purchase in an Opportunity Zone in the town since the program was included in the Republican-led tax overhaul law passed in December last year.

The program has been praised as a smart way to attract money into high-poverty areas long neglected by private investors.

But critics say it includes too many gentrifying neighborhoods already attracting investment and is a giveaway to wealthy developers.

News of the possible purchase follows an investigation that showed Jared Kushner owns stakes in 13 Opportunity Zones properties, all in locations deemed by the Urban Institute in Washington to be showing indications of rapid change or full-out gentrification, including ones in Long Branch.

Six of properties are in New York City’s Brooklyn Heights neighborhood overlooking the Manhattan skyline that were recently vacated by Jehovah’s Witnesses.
